SEPTEMBER 2015 ■ 49 WOLFPACK FOOTBALL depth charts," Bradbury noted. "He showed how we needed bodies on the O-line." So now Bradbury is a 285-pound (and still gaining) offensive guard wearing No. 65 and loving it. "I'm here to play football, not here to play D-line or tight end," Bradbury said. "I'm getting more reps than I ever had since I got here, which is awesome and what I need. The more reps I get the more I learn it. With the reps situation, it is the right move and the smart move." It helps Bradbury that he has always been noted for being a physical player. He also feels his experiences at tight end and defensive tackle can aid him in his adjust- ment to guard as well. He knows that with fifth-year senior Joe Thuney at left guard, senior Quinton Schooley at center and sophomore Tony Adams at right guard, cracking the first five on the offensive line will be tough. How- ever, Bradbury is embracing the chance to have his new number called if needed. "Everyone said it's good to redshirt, and obviously it's good for me, but I never want to stand on the sideline again and not have a chance to get in," Bradbury said. "That was rough. "If I can get the opportunity to travel this year and get some reps, that makes it a lot more fun and easier to come out here." — Matt Carter Wake Stone Corporation Five convenient locations to serve you with crushed stone: triangle Quarry Moncure Quarry I-40 at Harrison Ave. US 1 at Deep River 919-677-0050 919-755-7349 knightdale Quarry Hwy. 64 East 919-266-9266 nash Co.
