BASKETBALL RECRUITING Sept. 12 and Kentucky Oct. 16. Bridges had been slated to attend Michigan's College Practice Camp in June, but he was a no-show. He's since developed a great relationship with Beilein and is intrigued with U-M's style of play. Kentucky and MSU are considered his leaders, but Michigan is in the mix for the player who topped Rivals.com analyst Eric Bossi's list of summer stock risers released Aug. 12. "Bridges is already a five-star pros- pect and highly ranked at No. 24 in the class of 2016," Bossi wrote. "However, he had as strong a sum- mer as any player in the country, dominating events like the Peach Jam and Las Vegas Classic and will push for the national top 10. Bridges has always been tough and athletic, but he's raised his overall skill level to match his physical tools." As for the four-star Winston, there have been plenty of positive rum- blings for Michigan in recent weeks, and he unofficially visited the cam- pus on Sunday, Aug. 16. U-M and Michigan State are thought to be his two leaders (though he denies hav- ing any), and he'll also visit Harvard, Stanford and Pittsburgh. Michigan gets the last visit, Sept. 19, after which he could decide at any time. The Michigan coaches continue to watch other point guards, as well. Milwaukee Washington's Te'Jon Lu- cas (5-11, three-star prospect) will visit Purdue (Aug. 28), Old Domin- ion (Sept. 11) and USC (Sept. 18), and has already visited Illinois. U-M might also bring him in. "Lucas is a high-major talent," Go- phersIllustrated.com's Ryan James wrote. "He's got the strength already of a D-1 lead guard, is as quick as just about any guard in the Midwest and his court vision ranked with the best I saw all July." Memphis, Illinois, Purdue and USC were among the major pro- grams to offer in July, while Beilein, Indiana's Tom Crean, Illinois' John Groce, Purdue's Matt Painter, Min- nesota's Richard Pitino, Iowa's Fran McCaffery and others watched him with the Milwaukee Spartans sum- mer ball team in Las Vegas in July. West Linn (Ore.) High four-star point guard Payton Pritchard (6-1, No. 46 prospect in the country) is also looking to schedule visits for the fall after decommitting from Okla- homa. Michigan and Wisconsin are two he'd reportedly like to see, and while most believe he'll end up at Oregon, Arizona State, California, Kansas, Louisville, Oklahoma and Villanova are all in the mix. Finally, Phoenix Shadow Moun- tain's Michael Bibby Jr. (6-0, three- star prospect) hasn't had much of a chance to showcase his skills over the last several months, having suffered two meniscus (knee) injuries that put him on the shelf. The son of the 14- year NBA veteran of the same name is trying to make up for lost time this summer. He's doing a pretty good job of it, Bossi reported from the 2015 Stephen Curry Select Camp in Alameda, Ca- lif., in early July. "He is starting to come into his
