SCHEDULE REMINDER
Dear The Wolverine:
The good news is Michigan plays
six home volleyball matches during
the Oregon State (three matches),
Indiana (two) and Ohio State (one)
football weekends.
U-M's regular season ends Buck-
eye eve with a 6:30 p.m. Cliff Keen
Arena match against Illinois. Unfor-
tunately, no Wolverine road matches
are paired with any away Michigan
football games.
The not-so-good news (for me, at
least) is Michigan plays eight mid-
week matches, four home and four
away. Seven are on Wednesday and
one on Thursday. By comparison,
Michigan played seven total mid-
week regular-season matches over
the two previous seasons combined.
Rutgers, Maryland and TV are likely
the causes of this schedule adjust-
ment.
All the starters except setter Lexi
Dannemiller return. Many of those
starters have been playing all over
the world this summer on various
"all-star" teams.

They volleyball team returns all but one starter after going 13-17 last year, and they are led
by junior Abby Cole, a unanimous All-Big Ten selection in 2014.
