fter this season, Notre Dame is
poised to lose five safeties —
Matthias Farley, Nicky Baratti, John
Turner, Elijah Shumate and Avery Se-
bastian. Those departures might deci-
mate the Irish depth chart.
Notre Dame's 2016 class needs to
infuse the roster with talent, and the
Irish are off to a good start with two
commitments already in the fold. The
Irish staff is involved with a number
of talented players and a good season
on the field could result in bringing in
the players it needs on the back end.
The following is the second of a two-
part look at Notre Dame's top targets
on the board, in the opinion of Blue &
Gold Illustrated.

Measurables: Listed at 6-0 and 185 pounds at The
Opening regional combine in Los Angeles … Ran a
4.58 in the 40-yard dash at The Opening regional in
Oakland and posted a 4.25 in the pro-shuttle at the
Los Angeles combine.
Rankings: Ranks as a four-star recruit, No. 11
player in California, and No. 3 athlete and No. 47
