IRISH ANALYTICS BRIAN FREMEAU N otre Dame cruised to a 62‑27 vic‑ tory over Massachusetts Sept. 26 to wrap up its third 4‑0 start in the last four seasons. The game featured a number of big plays, including four touchdowns that covered at least 50 yards each for the Irish. Seven different Notre Dame players reached the end zone in the game, including long touchdown runs from senior running back C.J. Prosise (57 yards), freshman quarterback Brandon Wimbush (58 yards) and freshman running back Josh Adams (70 yards), plus a 50‑yard punt return score by freshman wide receiver CJ Sanders. The punt return kicked off a barrage of 41 unanswered points spanning from late in the second quarter until late in the fourth quarter.
