BY LOU SOMOGYI E arlier this season, C B S S p o r t s ' N F L Draft analyst Dane Bru- gler tabbed Notre Dame junior wide receiver Co- rey Robinson as a first- round selection (23rd pick overall) in his 2016 NFL Mock Draft. When asked about it in August, the 6-4½, 215-pound Robinson dismissed it as a mere projection that didn't mean anything to him. So two months later while Robinson was en- during the biggest cri- sis of his athletic career, he maintained the same balanced perspective. At the start of the season, Robinson was viewed as a "co-starter" with senior Chris Brown at the boundary (W) receiver position. But Robinson's snap count UNDER THE DOME BALANCED PERSPECTIVE Corey Robinson won't be defined by tough outing Robinson (far right), who had just five receptions for 60 yards through five games, became the center of attention when he dropped a pair of passes in the 24‑22 loss at Clemson Oct. 3.
