FOOTBALL RECRUITING ROUNDUP
"It's a possibility," Kareem said. "I
have been talking with [defensive line
coach Keith Gilmore] a little bit, and
we're working to set something up."
Kareem, who is ranked as the No. 19
strongside defensive end in the coun-
try by Rivals, committed to Alabama
in June. At the time, his father, Ken Ka-
reem, said that the family made the
decision because they felt comfortable
with the SEC program.
"For us, when he got down to the
last few schools he couldn't choose a
bad one," Ken Kareem told The Wol-
verine. "We had done enough home-
work, looked at enough rosters, talked
to enough people that he couldn't make
a bad choice."
That didn't mean, however, that the
family wouldn't revisit the other op-
tions on the board. Kareem visited
Michigan State Sept. 12, and has also
heard from Michigan.
"I talk frequently with Alabama," Ka-
reem said when asked where things
stand with the Crimson Tide.
The 6-4, 257-pound end is ranked by
Rivals as the No. 9 prospect in Michigan.
He visited Notre Dame for a junior day
in March and is planning to enroll early
at the school of his choice.
• Orlando (Fla.) Bishop Moore four-star offensive lineman and Notre Dame commit Parker Boudreaux
will have a chance to play one more football game before he makes his way to South Bend.
Boudreaux was recently invited to the play in the 10th Annual Offense-Defense All-American Bowl on
Jan. 3, 2016, in Daytona Beach, Fla.
Boudreaux's family said they are unsure at the time if he will accept the invitation to participate in the
event, but he's entertaining the idea, primarily because of other prospects listed on the roster like Ohio
State five-star defensive end commit Nick Bosa.
The 6-5, 291-pound Boudreaux is ranked by Rivals as the No. 24 offensive tackle in the country and the
No. 48 recruit in Florida. He has helped lead Orlando (Fla.) Bishop Moore High to a 6-0 start this season.
