132 ■ THE WOLFPACKER ■ FOOTBALL RECRUITING Lawrence officially visited Florida Sept. 25 and took unofficial trips before the season started to Ohio State and Clemson. He is expected to officially visit the latter Nov. 7 when they host Florida State. Law- rence also made an in-season unofficial visit to UNC and may take an official visit to Ohio State in November. Lawrence will graduate early from high school and enroll in January at the college he chooses, meaning his decision is likely to be made by mid-December. In his first seven games, Lawrence had 43 tackles, including nine for loss and seven sacks, for an undefeated Wake Forest squad that won six of its seven contests by at least 21 points and other by 13 points. NC State is in the top five for three-star defensive tackle Ben "Shug" Frazier from Buford (Ga.) High. The 6-2, 320-pounder made an official visit to NCSU Sept. 11 for the Eastern Kentucky contest. He also likes Florida, Miami, North Carolina and Southern Cal, but that was before coaching changes at USC and Miami. Rivals.com lists Frazier as the No. 27 defensive tackle nationally. At defensive end, NCSU expected to host four-star Amani Bledsoe from Law- rence (Kan.) High on an official visit for the Clemson game. The 6-5, 270-pounder has a top five of Missouri, NC State, Okla- homa, Oregon and UCLA. He has already visited Oregon and Oklahoma, and will travel to Missouri and UCLA in December. Bledsoe is listed as the No. 145 overall player in the country by Rivals.com. The Pack is also in contention for Chris- tian Brooks, a 6-5, 230-pounder from Clif- GREGORY D. MILLER, CPA SANDRA A.
