GOOD NEWS The same five offensive linemen have started all 10 games for Michigan this season and have al- lowed just 14 sacks. BAD NEWS Over the last three seasons the Wolverines are 5-12 against oppo- nents who have a winning record. In 2015, however, they've won 3 of 4 games against teams above .500. DID YOU KNOW? Penn State ranks among the worst in the country in red-zone defense, allowing opponents to score on 92.3 percent of their trips inside the 20-yard line. Photo by Steve Manuel SENIOR SEND-OFF PSU to honor 'the glue and foundation' of the team Matt Baney, Anthony Zettel and Christian Hackenberg each took a turn in front of Penn State's media room Tuesday. A key scout-team player, the leader of the defensive line and starting quarter- back – although their team responsibilities are in stark con- trast, Baney, Zettel and Hackenberg are the faces PSU wants to put in front of the cam- eras this week, leading up to the &nal home game of the year. They personify three types of student-athlete who have helped hold Penn State's storied program together through what could have been the most divisive times, achieving a winning record in four consecutive seasons in the face of what were supposed to be program-killing sanctions set forth by the NCAA. As head coach James Franklin said, "They're the glue and the foundation that stood strong when Penn State needed them most."
