M
ichigan and Florida have met
twice in postseason play, and
both times U-M has proven victori-
ous, beating the Gators 38-30 in the
2003 Outback Bowl and 41-35 in the
2008 Capital One Bowl. Ahead of
their 2017 season-opening matchup
in Arlington, Texas, the two foes will
meet in this year's Jan. 1 Citrus Bowl
(1 p.m. ET).
"Having this be my last year, it
means a lot to be going to a bowl,"
fifth-year senior center Graham
Glasgow said. "I get to go and have
one more opportunity to play with
my teammates, and get Coach [Jim]
Harbaugh and this team to 10 wins.
"That's something we'll be very
enthusiastic about it — let's go get
this 10th win."
Michigan last won 10 games in
2011 — going 11-2, including a Sugar
Bowl win over Virginia Tech. Since
2000, the Wolverines also won 10
games or more in 2002 (10-3), 2003
(10-3) and 2006 (11-2).
