North Carolina, Ohio State and Tennessee, to name a few. The recent visit wasn't Slade's first trip to Penn State. He and his father were on hand last April for the Blue-White Game and were impressed with what they saw. "We both really liked the atmosphere inside the stadium," Ricky Slade Sr. said. "For a spring game, I think they had some- where around 80,000 fans show up. I just remember that it was a ridiculous number for a scrimmage. They have great support from their fans. We liked everything we saw, but we still have a lot more that we need to see." Because he's still a sophomore at C.D.
