COMMITMENT PROFILE FILM EVALUATION Strengths: AJ Dillon has outstanding size for the running back position — and runs with a tough attitude that indicates he's well aware of his physical advantage. He's willing to run over defenders or unleash his devastating stiff arm to get yardage to the outside. He runs well behind his pads to avoid taking big hits. He has good vision on the interior of the line, and when he's able to break into the second level, he has the speed to take it the distance against high school competition. Areas Of Improvement: The competition that Dillon faces in the New Eng- land Prep League is going to require him to make a huge adjustment when he gets to college. He's going to have to learn to make the most out of every run without the ability to physically overpower or outrun defenders. He isn't one of the quickest running backs, and when he cuts, takes a beat to get back up to speed. Working on that burst would help his game get to the next level. Michigan Player Comparison: Drake Johnson (2012 to present) has had a solid — if injury-plagued — career. Dillon has a similar running style, but a bit more size. — Analysis from TheWolverine.com
