getting as many reps in as you can in the shortest amount of time. Also, making sure that I have three good meals every day and that I'm not eating snacks at random times has helped. At home, it's easier for me to get snacks around the house or to go to a fast food place or something like that. I can't really do that here. In the dorm, I don't have money to go out and buy snacks whenever I want, which is good for me. I'm also making sure that when I do snack, it's much healthier. Also, some of the speed train- ing and )exibility training, it's just made a huge di*erence for me. It's crazy. See- ing how much I've improved with that kind of stu*, it's made a world of di*er- ence for me. Overall, how have you adapted to life at IMG these past few months? The (rst month was kind of hard, but like anything, you adjust. Coming from a public school, I wasn't used to the schedules. Everything here is really time-oriented. You always have a place you need to be. I'm always busy, but that's a good thing. I'm here for a reason. Once I was able to get all of that down, it was a pretty easy transition. I enjoy the guys. It's fun getting to know the team. We're all here to make each other better. I like that. I like my coaches and all the trainers, too. They're great people. How close are you with guys like Robert Hainsey and Josh Kaindoh? Also, how hard do you plan to work on those guys when it comes to pushing them to- ward Penn State? For me, I'm not really the kind of guy to bug people about that stu*. Everyone has di*erent reasons for liking di*erent schools. I don't know all of those rea- sons, so I'm not the kind of person to bug people about why Penn State is the perfect choice and things like that. Of course, I talk to Hainsey and those guys. I'll always talk to them about Penn State if they want to talk about it, but I don't like bugging guys about that. I like to give all the verbally commit- ted players an opportunity to say something to the Penn State fans. Is there anything that comes to mind? I would just say that I'm really excited to be a Nittany Lion. I can't wait to rep- resent my area and my hometown at a school that I always wanted to play for. I can't wait to represent all of the alumni and the players who came before me. I want to make everyone proud. ■ NEWEST LION Bleich and his fa- ther, Walt (sec- ond from right), pose with Franklin and Limegrover fol- lowing his deci- sion to give the Nittany Lions a verbal commit- ment.
