Notre Dame's annual recruiting mail blast went out a little early this cycle,
but for good reason. The Irish sent out 50 individualized trading cards to top
recruits like Nashville (Tenn.) East Magnet School four-star linebacker Jacob
Phillips. The nation's No. 6 inside linebacker said he gave the cards, which
included stats and a future residence hall, to his teammates and coaches.
