She helped Cardinal Gibbons win the 2015 NCHSAA 4A state title with 33 assists in the title match. She finished with 706 assists last season and was named a "Senior Ace" by PrepVolleyball.com for being one of the top players in the class of 2016. Dozier also was named second-team Under Armour All-American. Junior middle blocker Kaitlyn Kearney led NC State in blocks (149), while also finishing second in points (382) and kills (302) last year.
