A Message From BWI Publisher Format Change for 32nd Edition of BWI PHIL GROSZ After receiving numerous emails and phone calls at our office, we have decided to make a format change for the 32nd edition of our magazine that will begin with the mailing of our Sept. 23 edition to our subscribers on August 26, 2016. The format change will enable us to present to our subscribers the additional football recruiting information in June [2017] that it appears many of our subscribers are requesting. Under the new format our publication will publish on a monthly basis from August through May, accompanied by a special double-issue of 100 or more pages of our 2017 Penn State Football Preview edition in July. Then what we'll email to you our subscribers in June will be a BWI Xpress newsletter totally dedicated to football recruiting information. This June BWI Xpress newsletter will include a Class of 2018 Offers Board listing every player from the class of 2018 Penn State has issued a verbal scholarship offer, a complete list of all verbal commitments for the class of 2018, plus an additional feature story on any new member of the class of 2018 that has verbally committed to Penn State during the month of June. This June BWI Xpress newsletter will be in addition to our BWI Xpress pre-game newsletter and BWI post-game report during the football season, as well as our BWI Xpress newsletter right after signing day for the class of 2017 the first Wednesday in February and our pre- and post-game reports before and after the Blue White Game in April. I hope everyone ends up being as excited about the new format as our staff is because I'm convinced it will provide the additional football recruiting information our subscribers are requesting and it will allow us to present more Penn State football news to our readership in a more timely way.
