37-13 in his final year of eligibility and was named All-ACC after reaching the con- ference championship match for the third time in his career. That was the second- most victories ever by a senior grappler in NC State history, and Little finished his ca- reer 102-58, which ranks as the third-most wins in program annals. 5. Brittany Marchand, Women's Golf The sophomore from Ontario, Canada, became the first All-American in women's golf in school history after she placed sixth at the NCAA Championships to earn hon- orable mention honors. Marchand was also named All-ACC and won medalist hon- ors at the Sir Pizza Cards Challenge (tied for first) and Pinehurst Challenge, giving her the school record with two tournament titles in a season. She is now the program's all-time win- ningest golfer with a trio of career wins, and she averaged 74.7 strokes per 18 holes, which just barely missed setting a pro- gram record. She had six top-20 finishes in 2011-12, including at the ACC Champion- ships (14th) and NCAA Central Regional (T-18th), in addition to her performance at the NCAA Championships. 6. Chris Diaz, Baseball NC State's junior shortstop ranked among the top 10 in the ACC for doubles (first, 25), hits (second, 91), batting average (sixth, .346), RBI (sixth, 56), runs (ninth, 55) and total bases (10th, 126) en route to All-ACC honors. Diaz was named a second-team All- American by Louisville Slugger after he started all 63 games. He was also honored on the All-America third-team by ABCA/ Rawlings and named among the five na- tional semifinalists for the College Base- ball Hall of Fame's Brooks Wallace Award, annually given to the nation's top shortstop. He was an 11th-round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Pirates and will forego his final year of eligibility. 7. C.J. Leslie, Men's Basketball The forward was selected to the All-ACC second team after he was one of just three players in the conference to finish among the ACC's top 10 scorers and rebounders. Leslie led NC State with 14.7 points per game (ninth in the ACC) and also averaged 7.3 rebounds per game (eighth), while he shot 52.5 percent from the floor (third). The team's co-MVP also led the team in blocks and ranked seventh in the league with an average of 1.6 per game. The sophomore was a crucial part of the team's postseason success and was named to the ACC's all-tournament first team af- ter he led the squad with averages of 17.3 points and 10.7 rebounds per game at the event. 8. Trea Turner, Baseball The rookie shattered a school record and paced the nation in stolen bases, with 57 swipes, and he was thrown out just four times. Turner was more than just a base- stealing bandit, though. The third baseman ranked second in the league in runs (72), tied for fifth in hits (87), seventh in on-base percentage (.432) and 10th in batting aver- age (.336). The native of Lake Worth, Fla., was named to the NCBWA All-America third team, while the organization also honored him with a spot on its Freshman All-Amer- ica first team. The ACC named Turner, who started all 63 games, to the all-conference second team. 9. T.J. Graham, Football The senior was given the opportunity to be the go-to receiver for the first time in his career last fall and thrived, while continu- ing to excel on special teams. Graham was named first-team All-ACC as a kick re- turner and totaled 1,943 all-purpose yards — the second-best mark in school history and less than 40 yards from the school re- cord, held by Torry Holt. Graham paced the squad with 46 recep- tions for 757 yards and seven scores, and he also returned a punt for a touchdown. The local product finished his career with an ACC-record 3,153 kickoff return yards and totaled 5,225 all-purpose yards, which is the second-best mark in program history and eighth in the ACC. The Buffalo Bills selected the wideout with the sixth pick of the third round (69th overall) in the 2012 NFL Draft. Track 10. Andrew Colley, Men's Cross Country/ Colley, a redshirt sophomore, helped the men's cross country team accomplish some incredible feats by playing an impressive second fiddle to Hill. He earned All-Amer- ica honors with a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, and he was also awarded All-ACC (placed second) and all- region (fourth) honors for his performance in those races. Country/Track The redshirt junior from Apex, N.C., 11. Andie Cozzarelli, Women's Cross placed second in the 10,000 meters at the ACC Outdoor Championships before she earned second-team All-America honors with an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Championships. She is now a two-time All-American on the track, in addition to a two-time All- ACC performer in both track and cross country. Cozzarelli also paced the cross country squad, which finished 23rd nation- ally, at every postseason race — she took eighth at the ACC Championships, seventh at the NCAA Southeast Regional and 63rd at the NCAA Championships in her final year of eligibility for the sport. Sophomore Brittany Marchand notched a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Championships to be- come the first-ever Wolfpack women's golfer to earn All-America accolades.
