O T H E R M A T C H U P S THE LOWDOWNThis is an area where Penn State has a solid advantage. Indiana's top special teams player is Page, who has returned 13 punts for an average of 7.8 yards per attempt. Penn State has the better punt and kickoff cover- age teams, and the Nittany Lions also have a big advantage with their place kicker, Tyler Davis. Davis has con- verted 15 of 17 field goal attempts, with his longest being 40 yards. Redshirt junior Griffin Oaks has converted only 11 of 20 field goal attempts for Indiana, with his longest being 49 yards. Miles Sanders had a 48-yard kickoff return against Iowa. // EDGE Penn State SPECIAL TEAMS THE LOWDOWN This is easily the most lopsided of Penn State's conference rivalries. James Franklin led his Nittany Lions to a 29-7 victory over Indiana at Beaver Sta- dium last October.
