ON THE ROAD WITH VIRGINIA ATHLETICS Another exciting spring social tour wrapped up in May as the Virginia Athletics Foundation, along with members of the UVa coaching staffs and current and former student-athletes, toured 13 different locations across the country. We welcomed more than 2,000 donors from districts across the Common- wealth and the cities of Charlotte, Houston and New York. This year's format welcomed former Cavalier stand-outs Chris Canty in New York, Chris Long in Lynchburg and Matt Schaub in Houston. We also ran our second annual Referred New Member Contest, which encourages current donors to bring potential members to VAF socials. This year's recipient of the luxury football, basketball and baseball ticket package was Mr. James Hutcherson and his son Brian who participated in our Staunton Social. Thank you to all of our Contest partici- pants for helping us build the Foundation. We would also like to extend a warm thank you to the do- nors below who helped us tremendously by co-hosting some of our events.
