S I T E L I N E S B W I . R I V A L S . C O M R E A D E R S S O U N D O F F The [Beaver Stadium] plans anticipate the future and were designed for the fu- ture. They need to start raising money *rst. Also, they know and understand that they might change things. They have at least *ve years to raise the money and adjust the plans. These plans are not set in stone. This gives them +exibility. Chester Copperpot I love what I see. Hopefully fundrais- ing goes well. PSUPride1 I wish there was more detail, but in general it seems to be in the right direc- tion. I am sure that with a couple of playo, seasons, ticket prices will go north of $100, and minimum "dona- tions" will also go up across the board. I think that the façade should go all the way around and also that seats should be at or near where we are now. Very open, so I guess I like the direction but the plans are just concepts now. PSUJim85 Chair-back seats and better bathroom facilities would be nice, but I mostly worry about the "changes in tailgating" that may be announced. I have a very good location (very close – I can spit on the stadium) for my reserved spot, and sel*shly I am afraid it will be swallowed up by the upgraded tailgate proposals they had in the survey. Lionscott No way they keep the capacity at over 100K when all is said and done. Demand just won't be there as we move forward. The days of selling out 100K venues week in and out are gone in our new mobile app, online viewing world. Gotta question the "parking structure" piece of this as well. I know that tailgating +ourishes in parking decks around pro venues throughout the USA… just not what we're accustomed to. It will be interesting to see what they come up with. Times, they are a changin'… PSUGRAD9095 Once again, I will remind people that no design has even been started. These are conceptual drawings. The eventual actual design *ve-plus years from now may bear some resemblance to what you see today,
