TRANSFERRING NC State freshman shooting guard Jaqawn Raymond of Statesboro, Ga., is transferring to another school. Raymond will be a footnote in NC State basketball player to start at NC State, after going out for the team in 1968. The Fayetteville, N.C., native was at- tending NCSU on an academic scholarship, and later earned his master's at NC State and a doctorate at Michigan State.
