With both defensive end starters having moved on to the NFL – and with Spencer rotating up to six DEs per game – there is room for a youngster to step up. He'll have plenty of competi- tion in order to see playing time, with three DEs coming o= redshirt years. But if Gross-Matos is able to add a bit of weight to his 243-pound frame, he could prove to be too much of a weapon to keep o= the er his performance throughout spring practice, we have to in- clude him on this list.
