With the NFL Dra< complete, along
with the subsequent wave of free agent
signings, Penn State's next batch of pro
football hopefuls are set to try their
hand at winning roster spots. Chris
Godwin was the only PSU player se-
lected in the dra<, but four others –
Brandon Bell, Malik Golden, Evan
Schwan and Garrett Sickels – inked
contracts as free agents, and one addi-
tional player – Tyler Yazujian – was ex-
pected as of this writing to receive an
opportunity for an NFL tryout.
So what is the future outlook for the
six former Nittany Lions, and how do
they 9t in with their new teams? Let's
take a look.
CHRIS GODWIN
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
OUTLOOK Selected in the third round,
Godwin landed in Tampa, where he joins
former Nittany Lion Donovan Smith, the
Buccaneers' starting le< tackle. Godwin
9nds himself in a good position with
his new team. Fourth-year receiver
Mike Evans is the clear-cut No. 1,
and the team also brought in
veteran DeSean Jackson to help
