O'Shoney ranked fifth in the ACC in hitting percentage three years ago with her mind set on leading the vol- leyball program in a new direction. Under first-year head coach Dennis Hohenshelt, O'Shoney may finally have her opportunity to do so. The 6-1 middle blocker, who is a tri-captain and a pre- season All-ACC selection, has done a good job adopting and executing her new coach's system.
