Commitment Updates Games played Sept. 22-23 unless otherwise noted • Notre Dame's home game against USC Oct. 21 is likely to be the program's next chance to host some of the nation's top talent with multiple classes expected to be well represented, including the current senior group. Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei wide receiver Amon- Ra St. Brown, the younger brother of Irish junior wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown, will likely be the headliner. The nation's No. 1 wide receiver and No. 4 player nationally per Rivals will be in South Bend that weekend. Two of his four-star 2018 teammates, linebacker Solomon Tuliaupupu and offensive guard Chris Murray, are working on setting up visits for that day and are expected to be in town. Tuliaupupu is rated as the nation's No. 3 inside linebacker and No. 84 player nationally by Rivals, while Murray is listed as the No. 17 offensive guard in the country. Ocala (Fla.) Vanguard three-star safety Avonta Crim will also take an official visit and could land an offer from the Irish. Loganville (Ga.) High three- star cornerback Donte Burton set USC as his Irish official and is "most likely" still making the trip. Former Irish cornerback commit Kalon Gervin of Detroit Cass Tech had previously listed the USC game as a date for his Notre Dame official, but that is now in limbo. He may visit another school such as Virginia Tech instead. • For the second straight week, Notre Dame expanded its 2019 target board, offering four top juniors: Rivals100 running back Austin Jones of Oakland (Calif.) Bishop O'Dowd; Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons Rivals250 defensive end Khris Bogle; Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei Rivals250 defensive end Mase Funa and Mountain View (Calif.) St. Francis Rivals100 end Joshua Pakola. Per Rivals, Jones is the nation's No. 6 running back and No. 86 overall player nationally, Bogle is the No. 9 weakside defensive end and No. 169 overall prospect in the country, Funa is the No. 20 strongside defensive end and No. 196 overall re- cruit in the land, and Pakola is the nation's No. 6 outside linebacker and No. 95 overall player. • The Irish also offered one of the best sopho- mores (2020 class) in the land — Fort Myers (Fla.) Dunbar running back Jadarius Green-McKnight. Notre Dame was the second offer for McKnight, following one from Oregon State. Even though the 2020 class is two National Sign- ing Days away from taking center stage, Notre Dame is keeping an eye on the top prospects it has to offer. Six offers have been extended to the 2020 class overall, including New Canaan (Conn.)
