O C T O B E R 1 8 , 2 0 1 7 B L U E W H I T E O N L I N E . C O M 15 Penn State will host its biggest and best group of recruits of the season for its game Saturday night against Michigan. As of Wednesday morning, Blue White Illus- trated had confirmed more than 40 prospects who are expected to be in atten- dance, 15 of whom hold a four-star rating from Rivals.com. With the 2018 class already about 90 percent complete, the final list is expected to primarily be made up of 2019 and 2020 prospects. However, two of the staff's top remaining senior targets are expected to be in attendance, the most notable being de- fensive tackle Tyreke Smith. Safety Kwan- tel Raines was also expected to make the trip, although we believe he's behind de- fensive ends Jayson Oweh and Micah Par- sons, as well as Smith and offensive lineman Rasheed Walker, who's expected to visit for the Nebraska game or in early December. Below is our complete list of confirmed prospects. It features 22 prospects in the 2019 and 2020 classes, all of whom have al- ready received verbal scholarship offers.
