"She's probably worked harder than any- one this summer, because she needed to," McCormick said. "She does things in prac- tice that don't always look good, but she scores as well as anyone down low and is the most consistent. Her best asset is that she'll do anything we ask of her, whether it's bang- ing inside with Kiana and Keisha or running outside. And she always gives 110 percent." What experience the Pack has in a start- ing position inside comes from returning junior Kody Burke, the team's starting four- position player the past two years. The No. 3 scorer in 2011-12 (10.5 points per game) and second-leading rebounder behind Holston (5.3 per game), Burke led the Pack in scor- ing in six games last season. In addition, her 110 blocks already rank her eighth on the school's career blocked shots list.
