Fifth-year senior quarterback Tino Sunseri has flourished in Pitt's reinstated pro-style attack, completing 162 of 234 passes (69.2 percent) for 2,199 yards with 13 touchdowns and just two interceptions in eight games. senior Ray Graham (5-9, 190) and fresh- man Rushel Shell (6-0, 215). Graham, who missed the final five games last sea- son due to an ACL injury, is rushing for 4.6 yards per carry and has a team-high seven rushing scores, and Shell has four touchdowns while averaging 5.1 yards per carry. Graham is still learning to trust his sur- gically repaired knee, while Shell has en- dured back problems this season. "Knowing what Paul Chryst did at Wis- consin, it's going to be reliant on the run and run heavy," Werner said. "Sunseri just hasn't made any crippling mistakes. The problem has been getting a consis- tent effort from the offensive backfield in key situations, which cost the Panthers in losses to Big East foes Syracuse and Lou- isville earlier in October.
