"From my perspective, as a parent, I feel as if Penn State, Oklahoma and Georgia are the three that :t him the best," Ter- rence Parsons said. "Now, his top three may be di;erent, but from what I've seen from those three schools, I know they're going to take care of him as both a student and an athlete.
