thought they'd be able to, I guess because of their passing attack, and they're doing the inverse things with setting up their run- ning attack with their passing attack," said Dan Collins, who covers Wake Forest foot- ball for the Winston Salem-Journal. "The offensive line just has never really come together. It's amazing that they're [5-5] with the problems they've had. They knew they were going to have to build a new line. "It was just one calamity after another,
one wave of adversity after another. I'm really surprised they've done as well as they have."

yards per game while junior quarterback Tanner Price (sacked 23 times) has scram- bled for his life. Price threw for more than 3,000 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2011, but he hasn't had the protection or weap- ons at his disposal through 10 games this season en route to 1,965 yards and 12 scores.
