MARCH 2018 ■ 53 that's just where I view him and not where I view him getting picked. I think there could be some teams … that have him in the second round just because of all he's able to do. There could be some teams that say this guy is not spectacular in anything and have him in the fifth or sixth round." Hines, who played wide receiver his first two years before becoming a 1,000-yard rusher, could also fall into that hybrid cat- egory. Both Galko and Trapasso viewed him as a fourth-round pick going into the combine, while Kiper noted on a recent SportsCenter that teams would get good value picking the back in the third round. "I have him as my No. 11 or No. 12 run- ning back, but if he runs something in the 4.3s — which I think he could with all that track background and how fast he looks on the field — he could move up a little bit," Trapasso noted. Trapasso grades all eight players among his top 244 available prospects, including four (No. 1 Chubb, No. 82 Hill, No. 95 Sam- uels and No. 96 Richardson) in the top 100. In Galko's estimation, there could be as many as six top-100 draftees, and there is even a ninth draftable prospect in corner- back Jonathan Alston. "He might be a draft pick, too, to a team that values athleticism," Galko said. "I think Alston has a real chance to be drafted, just because he's a former receiver turned corner and has a lot of athletic upside." ■ Gardner Marsh Gas Equipment Company, Inc. 8209 Brownleigh Drive 2119 Jody Road Raleigh, NC 27617 Florence, SC 29501 Ph: 919 787 8214 Ph: 843 669 3136 Ph: 800 334 9245 Ph: 800 868 8988 Fax: 800 400 2596 Fax: 843 661 5236 Web: www.gardnermarsh.com GREGORY D.
