J U N E 8 , 2 0 1 8 B L U E W H I T E O N L I N E . C O M 12 but most believe that Penn State and Wisconsin sit at the top of his list. Dixon is scheduled to take an official visit to Madison next weekend, June 15- 17. He's also planning to take an official visit to Michigan the following week- end, June 22-24. With those visits still to come, we believe he'll hold off on committing before he leaves campus Sunday. With that said, there's a good chance that he ends up joining Penn State's Class of 2019 before the start of preseason practice. John Dunmore WR | Hollywood, Fla. | Chaminade SCHOOLSPenn State, Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Central Florida, Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kansas, Kansas State, Ken- tucky, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Mis- sissippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Pittsburgh, South Florida, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Utah, West Virginia, Wis- consin THE LATESTPenn State has been recruit- ing Dunmore for a while now, but the Lions really grabbed his interest when Ja'Juan Seider joined the staff in Febru- ary. Most analysts in the South believe he's destined to end up at Florida State, and we believe that, too. However, as we've seen before, one visit can change everything. This is Penn State's chance to wow one of the best receivers in the country. Eric Gray RB | Memphis, Tenn. | Lausanne Collegiate School SCHOOLS Penn State, Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado, Georgia Tech, LSU, Memphis, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Southern Mississippi, Stanford, Ten- nessee, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, West Virginia THE LATEST Gray will be visiting Penn State for the first time this weekend. He didn't earn an offer from the Lions until the end of February, but he informed us this week that he's been speaking with Seider and other members of the offen- sive staff basically every day since. Gray took an unofficial visit to Texas A&M two weekends ago, while Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Stanford and Tennessee are a few other schools he's visited in recent months. Joe Moorhead and Mississippi State are likely PSU's top competitors at the moment. Gray is planning to make a decision later this month, so just like Dunmore, this is the staff's chance to make him think long and hard come decision time. Michael Johnson Jr. QB | Eugene, Ore. | Sheldon SCHOOLS Penn State, Arizona State, LSU, Miami, Nebraska, North Carolina State, Oregon THE LATESTJohnson is the son of Ore- gon wide receivers coach Michael John- son Sr. Because of that, many had him pegged to end up with his hometown team, but that changed last month when the Ducks earned a commitment from Cale Millen. Johnson told us this week that he's basically down to Penn State, Arizona State, LSU, Miami and North Carolina State. LSU and N.C. State have yet to earn visits, and he's still unsure when that will take place. He also wants to have this wrapped up by the end of the summer and is planning to decide whenever he feels comfortable. This will be Johnson's first trip to Penn State and he'll be accompanied by his mother. Johnson is open to being one of two quarterbacks in PSU's Class of 2019. The other one – Taquan Roberson – will also be on campus this weekend. If all goes well, we wouldn't be shocked if Johnson were to make a commitment before the weekend is over. Seider and his father have a longstanding relation- ship that goes back over a decade, and he also spoke highly of Franklin and Rahne. Keep an eye on Johnson this weekend. He could surprise some peo- ple. John Metchie WR | Hightstown, N.J. | The Peddie School SCHOOLSPenn State, Alabama, Buffalo, Central Michigan, East Carolina, Geor- gia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michi- gan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Carolina, Syracuse, Temple, Texas, Vanderbilt, Western Michigan THE LATEST Metchie will be taking his seventh visit to Penn State if you include the camp he participated in last July. Metchie's mother will be joining him for what we believe is her first trip to State College. In fact, we believe that's one of the main reasons he's taking an official this weekend, as that allows Penn State to pay for his mother. We've been ex- pecting Metchie to end up a Nittany Lion for months now and we still feel that way. Could this be his final visit before making a commitment? It wouldn't surprise us, but we've said that before. Either way, the Lions sit in a strong position with the Rivals250 prospect. David Ojabo DL | Blairstown, N.J. | Blair Academy SCHOOLS Penn State, Arizona State, Baylor, Boston College, California, UCF, Clemson, Columbia, Connecti- cut, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Har- vard, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Wake For- est, West Virginia, Yale THE LATESTOjabo is the only prospect on this list who won't be taking an offi- cial visit this weekend. He is originally from Scotland, and his parents traveled to the United States earlier this week to visit a few schools with him. They checked out Texas A&M on Tuesday and visited Syracuse on Thursday. Ojabo has already been to Penn State once, and we believe the Lions should be considered the favorites. Academics will be very important for him and his family, and Penn State provides him with an excel- lent opportunity to get the best of both worlds. Also, his coach, Jim Saylor, has close ties to Franklin, and a former teammate, Jayson Oweh, will be en- rolling at PSU later this month, so this sets up well for the Lions. We don't ex- pect a commitment this weekend, but we'll be watching him closely whenever he visits.
