Moore's versatility
should help him
make an impact at
PSU. The 6-9 forward
from Germantown
Academy is looking
to get stronger.
Patrick Chambers'
first full recuiting class
prepares to give PSU
an immediate boost
fter he accepted the head
coaching job at Penn State,
Patrick Chambers' first recruiting goal was to start securing
some of the top talent in Pennsylvania's most fertile areas:
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
Then, once those priorities were met,
his stated mission was to extend the
Nittany Lions' recruiting reach in order
to fill positions of need.
With his first full recruiting class,
Chambers managed to do exactly that,
landing Pennsylvania prospects Geno
Thorpe and Julian Moore, along with
Minnesota guard Graham Woodward
and California forward Payton Banks,
all on the first day of the early signing
period on Nov. 16.
