RING OF HONOR
Earlier this month in a surprise ceremony at a local Ruth's Chris
Steak House, the Notre Dame's women's basketball team had their
desserts served with the 2018 national title rings.
Baron Championship Rings produced the 80- to 83-gram rings
with a stone count of 140 clear cubics, 36 green cubics and one
custom cut emerald spinel. Each ring was individually drafted and
3D printed, a first for an NCAA women's national championship
basketball team.
The words "national championship" in all capital letters surround
the green shamrock. The NCAA Final Four logo and 2018 are on the
left shoulder and "Fighting Irish" surround the championship tro-
phy on the right shoulder. Each player had her name and number
customized on it, plus could choose her own engraving inside of it.
