spring evaluation period, which began
April 15, were to Alex Atcavage from Hon-
esdale, Pa., and Khristopher Love from
American Heritage High in Hialeah, Fla.
Atcavage transferred from Honesdale
High to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.,
after his junior season. Although rated as
just a two-star recruit, his stock is rising
with colleges. The 6-5, 285-pounder was
offered by Indiana and Central Florida in
the winter, and Louisville and Minnesota
joined NC State in offering during the
spring.
The Wolfpack, Boston College, Ken-
tucky, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syra-
cuse, Utah, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and
West Virginia, among others, have offered
the 6-3, 295-pound Love. He was tabbed
first-team All-State for class 5A by Flori-
daHSFootball.com and had the best Nike
rating (95.07) by an offensive lineman at
The Opening Regional in Miami.
Defensive Line
The Wolfpack is seeking another defen-
sive tackle and perhaps two more ends in
the class as well.
Rivals ranks three-star defensive tackle Henry
Bryant from Atlantic High in Delray Beach,
Fla., as the No. 75 player in Florida and the No.
36 defensive tackle in the country.
