THE WOLVERINE'S PROJECTED 2019 DEPTH CHART Shea Patterson's 2018 Season Among U-M's Best Ever BY RYAN TICE Shea Patterson's 2018 campaign was not only his first in Ann Arbor, but it was also his first college season with more than seven appearances. He started the final three games of the 2016 season at Ole Miss and then was lost after the first seven outings the following season. Once in the maize and blue, Patterson left no doubt he was the best man for the job. While starting every game, he just missed U-M's top 10 for single-season passer rating (he finished with a mark of 149.85, not far behind No. 10 Elvis Grbac's 150.2 set in 1992) and posted several other notable marks in Michigan's single-season annals. He even makes a few appearances on the Wolverines' career lists he is qualified for heading into his final year.
