ean McKeon is the kind of guy who
would give you the shirt off his back
— especially if it's the one he re-
ceived in the offseason.
It's a T-shirt, one that hung in Michigan's
tight ends meeting room after the senior
placed it there.
On the front, it declares the Wolverines to
be 2018 Big Ten East Co-Champs. On the
back, it bears the scores of all three Michi-
gan losses — to Notre Dame, Ohio State and
Florida in the Peach Bowl.
The shirt went to all of Michigan's play-
ers, a motivational gift from the head coach.
Understandably, no celebration accompanied
the presentation.
"It's just a reminder of how the season
ended," McKeon said. "We don't want to do
that again."
The four-year tight end certainly doesn't
want to change everything that unfolded
in 2018. Lost in the season's-end misery
