MARCH 2020 ■ 37 SPRING FOOTBALL PREVIEW ell noted. "He is, by far, one of the best people in this profession that you could ever want to go to work with each and every day. "He's also a professional how he goes about his business. He is a sharp-minded individual that demands excellence from everyone around him, but is very approach- able." Mitchell has had time to get to know his room quicker than expected because he is so familiar with most of the new defensive coaches, thus he knows the schemes and ter- minology better than he normally would in a transition. He already sees good potential in his new corners. "You always want to start with the clay," Mitchell said. "Are they talented enough? Do they have the abilities? Right now, I'm going through spring with five talented in- dividuals and knowing that I got three oth- ers [injured] that are going to get there this summer and a fourth one that is going to be coming from a high school that's pretty talented. "I feel like in all my years of coaching this is probably the most depth I've had in that room." ■ NC State Football Coaching Staff Position 2018 2019 2020 Offensive Coordinator Eli Drinkwitz Kitchings/McDonald Tim Beck Quarterbacks Drinkwitz Kurt Roper Beck Running Backs Des Kitchings Kitchings Roper Tight Ends Eddie Faulkner Todd Goebbel Goebbel Wide Receiver George McDonald McDonald McDonald Offensive Line Dwayne Ledford John Garrison Garrison Defensive Coordinator Dave Huxtable Huxtable Tony Gibson Defensive Line Kevin Patrick Patrick Charley Wiles Linebackers Huxtable Huxtable Gibson Nickels Aaron Henry Henry Freddie Aughtry-Lindsay Cornerbacks George Barlow Barlow Brian Mitchell Safeties Ted Roof Gibson Joe DeForest Special Teams Faulkner Goebbel Goebbel THE WOLFPACKER • PO BOX 2331 • DURHAM, NC 27702 • 1-800-421-7751 Visit our online store for more leather items! www.TheWolfpackerOnline.com/store #2360 Leather Duffel $259 + $20 S&H #2361 Large Leather Duffel $319 + $20 S&H #2362 Leather Rucksack $199 + $20 S&H Duffels are custom made and shipped direct from manufacturer.
