The Sarnia, Ontario, native finished his U-M tenure with school-record totals of 113 points and 88 goals. He also holds the program's single-sea- son marks with averages of 4.0 points and 3.22 goals per game in 2016. Jackson garnered first-team All- Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) honors as a sophomore in 2014, and eventually became Michi- gan's first-ever player to sign with a Major League Lacrosse organization when he was selected by the Boston Cannons in the 2016 MLL Waiver Draft. — Austin Fox WOMEN'S LACROSSE MIRA SHANE (2016-19) The goalie from Princeton, N.J., owns several of the school's records at her position, departing Ann Arbor as the Maize and Blue's all-time leader in victories (24), saves (371) and save percentage (.453). She posted at least 67 saves during all four of her years on campus, capping things off with a school-record 150-save campaign in 2019. Her outstanding senior season re- sulted in Intercollegiate Women's La- crosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region second-team honors, while also becoming the first U-M women's lacrosse player to be named a Tewaaraton Award nominee (for the honor given annually to the nation's top male and female lacrosse athletes). The goalie was incredibly durable during her time at U-M, playing in 63 career outings to rank ninth in pro- gram history. — Austin Fox ROWING KENDALL BREWER (2015-18) The Austin, Texas, native was a three-time Pocock All-American (second team in 2016; first team in 2017-18), while also being named a first-team All-Big Ten honoree dur- ing her sophomore, junior and senior campaigns. She was named the Big Ten Co-Athlete of the Year after her outstanding senior season. Brewer helped her club post top- three finishes in the Big Ten each of her four seasons, with the Maize and Blue ending up No. 2 in the league in 2015, 2017 and 2018. U-M also re- corded top-10 finishes at the NCAA Championships during all of her years in Ann Arbor, highlighted by a third-place showing in 2017. Brewer's boat that year placed second in the Big Ten and fifth nationally. She also rowed for Team USA at the 2017 Under-23 World Champion- ships, where she was a bronze medal- ist in pairs. — Clayton Sayfie MEN'S SOCCER JACK HALLAHAN (2016-19) He finished either at or near the top of several of Michigan's primary statistical categories during his four years in Ann Arbor, concluding sec- ond in points (73), third in goals (26), HOCKEY KYLE CONNOR (2016) The Shelby Township, Mich., native may have only spent one season wearing maize and blue, but that lone campaign was so exceptional that it earned the freshman multiple national awards and honors. Connor was one of three finalists for the Hobey Baker Award, given annually to college hockey's top player. In addition, Connor was named a first-team All-American, the ACHA National Rookie of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year and Big Ten Freshman of the Year for the 2015- 16 season. By posting 35 goals and 71 total points, Connor led both of those categories nationally. His 35 goals were the most ever by a freshman at Michigan, while his 71 points were the second in the school's rookie record books. He scored points in a program-record 27 consecutive games to finish the season. Connor recorded 12 multiple-goal games, including a four-goal effort against Penn State and a hat trick against Minnesota. Continuing his prolific offense as a professional, Con- nor has been a leading scorer for the NHL's Winnipeg Jets since leaving Michigan, racking up three seasons with 30 or more goals. — Bob Miller PHOTO BY LON HORWEDEL
