FEBRUARY 2021 THE WOLVERINE 63   MICHIGAN IN THE PROS • David Long (2016-18), CB, Los Angeles Rams: Started one of the 16 games he competed in for the 10-6 Rams and totaled seven tackles … Participated in both of Los Angeles' playoff contests, but didn't accumulate any stats. • Erik Magnuson (2012-16), OL, Las Vegas Raiders: Spent the whole sea- son on the 8-8 Raiders' practice squad and did not appear in a game. • Sean McKeon (2016-19), TE, Dallas Cowboys: Received playing time in 14 contests for 6-10 Dallas, but didn't com- pile any stats. • Josh Metellus (2016-19), S, Min- nesota Vikings: Played in 15 games for 7-9 Minnesota, and compiled nine tackles with two fumble recoveries. • Bryan Mone (2014-18), DT, Seattle Seahawks: Took part in 10 contests as a backup (missed six due to an ankle sprain) for the 12-4 Seahawks, and notched nine tackles, half a sack and a safety … Posted one tackle off the bench in Seattle's 30-20 postseason loss to the Rams. • Patrick Omameh (2008-12), OL, Kansas City Chiefs: Started one of the seven games he played in, with six of his appearances coming as a member of the 8-8 Raiders … Was waived by Las Vegas Dec. 14, claimed by the Saints Dec. 15, and then signed by Kansas City Dec. 26 after never competing in a con- test with New Orleans … Was on Kansas City's practice squad for each of its first two postseason games. • Michael Onwenu (2016-19), OL, New England Patriots: Started all 16 contests for the 7-9 Patriots, with his starting assignments coming at three different spots on the offensive line — 12 at right tackle, two at left guard and two at right guard. • Donovan Peoples-Jones (2017-19), WR, Cleveland Browns: Played in 12 games with two starts for 11-5 Cleve- land, and hauled in 14 receptions for 304 yards and two touchdowns … Also aver- aged 4.3 yards on 18 punt returns and 21.1 yards on 18 kicks brought back … Earned the starting nod in both of Cleve- land's postseason contests and caught two passes for 31 yards, while also com- piling eight yards on a punt return. • Jabrill Peppers (2014-16), S, New York Giants: Started 14 of 15 contests (missed one with a low-ankle sprain) for the 6-10 Giants, and recorded 91 tackles, eight tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 11 passes defended, one interception, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble … Also averaged 12.5 yards on 15 punt returns … Ranked third on the team in total tackles. • Jake Rudock (2015), QB, Miami Dol- phins: Signed as a free agent Dec. 31 to serve as the backup signal-caller in 10-6 Miami's regular-season finale … Did not appear in a game this season. • Cesar Ruiz (2017-19), OL, New Orleans Saints: Started nine of the 15 contests he participated in for the 12-4 Saints, with each of his starting assignments occurring at right guard … Started both of New Orleans' post- season games. • Jon Runyan (2015-19), OL, Green Bay Packers: Competed in all 16 con- tests (no starts) for 13-3 Green Bay … Saw the field on special teams in both of the Packers' playoff games. • Michael Schofield (2009-13), OG, Carolina Panthers: Started three of the 11 games he appeared in for the 5-11 Panthers, starting two at left guard and one at left tackle. • Josh Uche (2016-19), LB, New England Patriots: Saw action in nine games with one start for 7-9 New Eng- land, and posted nine tackles, two tack- les for loss and one sack. • Brandon Watson (2014-18), CB, Jacksonville Jaguars: Saw the field in all 16 games (one start) for 1-15 Jack- sonville, and tallied 24 tackles and one punt return for three yards. • Jarrod Wilson (2012-15), S, Jack- sonville Jaguars: Started the 12 con- tests he played in (missed four with a hamstring injury) for the 1-15 Jaguars, and compiled 69 tackles, two tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and three passes defended. • Chase Winovich (2014-18), DE, New England Patriots: Saw action in all 16 games (nine starts) for the 7-9 Pa- triots, and accumulated 49 tackles, 5.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one intercep- tion and two passes defended. • Chris Wormley (2012-16), DL, Pitts- burgh Steelers: Competed in 13 con- tests (one start, and missed three affairs with a knee injury) for 12-4 Pittsburgh, and compiled eight tackles and one sack … Received playing time on both defense and special teams in the Steel- ers' 48-37 loss to Cleveland in the wild card round Jan. 10, but didn't log any statistics. FORMER WOLVERINES ON NBA ROSTERS Through Jan. 24 • Ignas Brazdeikis (Played at U-M from 2018-19), F, New York Knicks: Has appeared in four games for the 8-10 Knicks … Averaged 0.5 points and 0.5 rebounds in just 1.8 minutes per contest. • Trey Burke (2011-13), G, Dallas Mavericks: Averaged 11.3 points and New York Giants safety Jabrill Peppers' 91 tackles led all former Michigan players in the NFL this season.
