The ESPN draft guru lists Dotson, a third- team Associated Press All-American, as the No. 4 wideout in the upcoming draft, behind Alabama's Jameson Williams (No. 6 overall), USC's Drake London (No. 7) and Ohio State's Garrett Wilson (No. 15). "Dotson is explosive," Kiper wrote. "While he had a few drops in 2019 and 2020, he has dropped only two passes this season. He has 91 catches for 1,182 yards and 12 scores, including six in his final four games." Kiper listed five other Penn State players in his position rankings. Senior punter/kicker Jordan Stout was first among kicking specialists, junior Brandon Smith was second at outside linebacker, senior Jaquan Brisker was third at safety, senior PJ Mustipher was listed in a four-way tie for 10th at defensive tackle and senior Tariq Castro- Fields was in a four-way tie for 10th at cornerback. 2 5 Career victo- ries for sophomore goalten- der Josie Bothun following the Penn State women's ice hockey team's 3-0 shutout of host New Hampshire on Dec. 9. The victory made Bothun the winningest goalie in program history, a feat she accomplished with two and a half seasons of eligibility still re- maining. 5 5 Hours of private air- craft time for personal use that Penn State will provide to James Franklin annually, as stipulated in his new 10-year contract. 9 2 % Penn State's graduation success rate, as re- ported by the NCAA in its annual survey of graduation rates across Division I. The mark tied a school record that had been set the previous year and topped the na- tional average for all Division I institutions by three points. Sixteen of Penn State's 27 teams (men's and women's track and field and cross country are combined in the NCAA's re- port) were above the national average for their re- spective sports. Eighteen teams were above 90 percent. Ten Penn State teams earned a gradu- ation success rate of 100 percent: women's fencing, field hockey, men's golf, women's golf, women's ice hockey, women's swimming and div- ing, men's tennis, women's tennis, women's volleyball and wrestling. The field hockey and women's tennis teams have been at 100 percent every year in which the GSR data has been released — 17 years in all. 9 3 . 1 Jordan Stout's punt- ing grade, the best in the country, according to Pro Football Focus. The senior specialist led the na- tion in average hang time (4.36 seconds) heading into bowl season and was second in net punting (45.08 yards per attempt). Prior to the Outback Bowl, Stout was Penn State's career leader with an average of 44.81 yards per punt. 5 .9 4 m i l l i o n Number of viewers who tuned in for Penn State's 21-17 loss to Michigan on Nov. 13, according to SportsMedi- aWatch.com. It was the most-watched game of Week 11, attracting a 3.45 rating on ABC for the noon kickoff and outdrawing Georgia-Tennessee (3.25 rating, 5.78 million) and Purdue-Ohio State (2.6 rating, 4.74 million). Over the course of the sea- son, five additional Penn State contests ranked among the three most-watched games of the weekend. The Auburn game was second in Week 3 (4.1 rating, 7.61 million), the Indiana game third in Week 5 (2.3 rating, 3.99 million), the Iowa game second in Week 6 (3.7 rating, 6.90 million), the Illinois game third in Week 8 (2.1 rat- ing, 3.77 million) and the Ohio State game second in Week 9 (3.7 rating, 7.05 million).
