However, he does plan to attend a junior day at Clemson on Jan. 27. Two other players expected to be at PSU on Feb. 3 are linebacker Cam Smith and wide receiver Jeff Exinor. Like Sacca, Smith lives in New Jersey but plays at St. Joseph's Prep in Phila- delphia. Because of that, he's listed No. 3 in Pennsylvania in the On3 Indus- try Ranking, which pools the grades of the four major recruiting websites, and No. 1 by On3's scouts. The 6-0, 190-pound outside line- backer totaled a team-best 72 tackles during his junior season, with 4.5 sacks, a forced fumble and an interception. In addition to Penn State, he was ex- pected to visit West Virginia on Jan. 13 and Syracuse a week later. This will be his fourth visit to Penn State, which is the most he's made to any school. Exinor, too, has traveled to Penn State more than any other school, totaling four visits over the past year and a half. Playing at McDonogh in Owings Mills, Md., he's emerged as the Lions' next top target at a high school that has sent numerous players to PSU. Many believed earlier in his career that the 6-1, 210-pound Exinor would develop into a tight end or defensive end, but it now appears that wide re- ceiver is his most likely position. As a junior, he totaled 76 receptions for 926 yards and 11 touchdowns in 10 games. Exinor is listed at No. 185 overall and No. 5 in Pennsylvania in the On3 Indus- try Ranking.
