A two- time Academic All-Big Ten selec- tion, he's had his eyes on the prize since before he enrolled. While so many others get caught up in the distractions that come with life on a major college campus, that's never been the case for him. He's also spent three seasons in a locker room that's had plenty of quality leaders over the years. The 2025 season will be his time to carry on that role. "I've done everything the right way," Dennis-Sutton said. "I've never gotten in trouble off the field. I waited my time as a player. I feel like I've done everything the right way, so I'm comfortable speaking up. A lot of times, when guys aren't comfortable speaking up, it's be- cause they know they haven't done it the right way or have been cheat- ing themselves." The objective now is to put it all together. The Nittany Lions boast experienced veterans like Dennis- Sutton and super senior Zuriah Fisher, the unit's other projected starter at defensive end. They also have talented underclassmen who will need to contribute throughout what could be a 17-game season. Redshirt freshman Max Granville went down with was described as a "long-term injury" this sum- mer, but redshirt freshmen Jaylen Harvey and Mylachi Williams are both trending in the right direc- tion, while Texas A&M transfer Enai White has grown more com- fortable in the system this spring and summer.
