MARCH 2026 ❱ THE WOLVERINE 21 ❱ MICHIGAN FOOTBALL "With those two kids specifically, it really was a situation where you're al- most treating it as if they're coming out of high school. Here are my goals for all the offensive linemen, here is what my track record has been, in terms of de- veloping kids — Andrew being a tackle, Jake being an inside guy. Here's what I've done. "In fact, they actually both, to their credit, asked for some of my players at Utah's phone numbers, to go ahead and see if what I'm telling them in my meeting room at Michigan matches what I did at Utah. So, I had three or four of the guys, including Garett Bolles actually get on the phone I know with Jake for sure to let him know what their experience was with me when I was their position coach at Utah. "They were really diligent about go- ing through the decision of what they felt was best for them. I am biased, ob- viously, but I think they made the right decision, and I think they're going to be really successful." — Clayton Sayfie Michigan Football Scholarships By Position And Eligibility For 2026 POSITION GRADUATES SENIORS JUNIORS SOPHOMORES FRESHMEN Quarterback (6) Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi (1) Colin Hurley (3) Chase Herbstreit (4) Tommy Carr^ (4) Bryce Underwood (3) Brady Smigiel^ (4) Tailback (6) Bryson Kuzdzal* (2) Micah Ka'apana (3) Donovan Johnson (4) Jonathan Brown^ (4) Jordan Marshall (3) Savion Hiter^ (4) Wide Receiver (12) C.J.
