Eli Rice: Among the early transfer portal departures, Rice had a two-year stint in blue and white. After beginning his career at Nebraska, his first season at Penn State was derailed by an injury in 2024-25. Rice played in 29 games last season, averaging 6.7 points per game while shooting 39.0 per- cent from three-point range as one of the team's main perimeter threats. Dominick Stewart: Stewart played in every game, finishing seventh on the team in scoring at 6.6 points per game while shooting 34.8 percent from beyond the arc. He is set to play for Richmond next season. Melih Tunca: The first Nittany Lion to enter the portal, Tunca announced his de- parture March 24 after one season at PSU. He finished fifth on the team in scoring with a 7.8-point average and ranked sec- ond in assists with 2.4 per game. Incoming Transfers Thomas Allard: A Division II pickup, the 6-7 Allard started all 32 games at small forward for Alabama Huntsville last sea- son, averaging 13.7 points and 3.5 as- sists in 30.3 minutes per game. He was a second-team All-Gulf South Conference selection. Roberts Blums: A 6-4 guard from Latvia, Blums arrives from Davidson with two seasons of eligibility remaining. He led the Wildcats in scoring at 12.4 points per game last season while shooting 40.7 percent from three-point range and add- ing 3.4 rebounds. Brant Byers: A key contributor to Miami (Ohio)'s 32-2 season and Mid- American Conference regular-season title, Byers committed to Penn State on April 14. He averaged 14.2 points per game while shooting 39.2 percent from three-point range, knocking down 2.0 triples per constest. Byers started all but one game, averaging 30.8 minutes while helping lead the RedHawks to the NCAA Tournament. Tim Oboh: Oboh is a 6-11 center who played for Buffalo the past two years. He averaged 8.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 21.1 minutes across 32 games last season, shooting 61.1 percent from the field. As a freshman, he averaged 3.9 points and 2.3 rebounds in 12.3 minutes per game. Roko Prkačin: A native of Zagreb, Croatia, Prkačin is a 23-year-old wing who has played professionally since 2019. Currently with Nanterre 92 in France's LNB Pro A league, he has aver- aged 6.5 points and 4.8 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per game. Prkačin declared for the NBA Draft in 2021 and has also played for Cibona, Gi- rona and Gran Canaria. Jay Rodgers: Rodgers, a 24-year-old point guard from Central Connecticut State, arrives with one season of eligi- bility remaining. The 6-3, 185-pounder averaged 11.0 points and 6.9 assists across 30 games last season, shooting a career-best 42.6 percent from the field and 36.2 percent from three-point range. François Wibaut: A 21-year-old small forward, Wibaut plays for Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez in France.
