Nearly half- way through his junior year in Chestnut Hill, Mass., Comella became a home run for the Eagles on the football field. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Comella became a full-time starter at corner- back this fall for the first time in his college career. He's made his mark as a playmaker in a Boston College second- ary that's developed a knack for inter- cepting passes. Through the first seven games of the season, Comella led the Eagles with 4 interceptions. The rest of his teammates had combined for 6 interceptions. BC's team total of 10 was bested by only six FBS teams entering Week 9. "It's kind of a mindset," Comella said.
