Under the Dome
63-17-2
Record of the Notre Dame football program since 1900 when coming off a bye
week, a .780 winning percentage, going into this year's BYU game. Since 1984, the
record had been even better with a 31-7 ledger (.816).
1993
The most recent year when Notre Dame's final regular-season game was at home, the
infamous 41-39 loss to Boston College Nov. 20 that removed the 10-0 Irish from the top
spot. Since 1960, the only other two times Notre Dame closed the regular season at home were against
Air Force in 1969 and the Falcons again in 1983.
26-2-10
Combined record this year of Notre
Dame men's soccer coach Bobby
Clark (12-1‑6) and Washington
men's soccer coach Jamie Clark
(14-1-4), his son, a former assistant
with the Fighting Irish in 2006-07.
Notre Dame is the No. 3 overall
seed in this year's NCAA Championships, while Washington is No. 2,
behind only UCLA.
"Being the No. 3 seed is fantastic, but
the only thing that annoys me is that
my son is the No. 2 seed," Clark said
with a laugh. "It's not good when
your son starts to get one past you."
