I want to take a couple more visits and then just follow my heart and follow my gut feeling." McGirt is officially visiting Georgia for its opener against Clemson Aug. 30. He has also said that he would like to attend the same school as Garner (N.C.) High running back Nyheim Hines, who is also considering both NC State and Georgia. UNC, LSU and Florida round out McGirt's new top five. Rivals.com lists McGirt as the No. 54 tackle prospect in the 2015 class and No. 20 player in the state. A couple of out-of-state tackle options are Rob Dowdy (6-5, 295 pounds) from Westerville (Ohio) South and Jack Shutack (6-5, 285 pounds) from La Grange Park (Ill.) Nazareth Academy. Both are rated as three star talents by Rivals.com. Dowdy, who is also listed as the No. 44 offensive tackle nationally and No. 19 player in Ohio, released a top four of Mi- ami, Michigan State, NC State and West Virginia in the summer, and gave himself wiggle room to add a fifth school. Late- summer interviews suggested that Penn State could be that fifth team. Shutack has offers from NC State, Iowa State, Minnesota and Rutgers. He has unof- ficially visited NC State twice, including July 25. However, he may wait to see if other schools recruiting him — notably Michigan State, Missouri and Tennessee — decide to offer.
