sive end Mike Moore is another
example of a son following in
his father's football footsteps.
Moore's father, Shawn Moore
('91), was an All-American
quarterback for the Cavaliers
and eventually was drafted by
the NFL's Denver Broncos.
In fact, Shawn Moore earlier
this decade served as Virginia's
wide receivers coach and later
tight ends coach.

Moore recorded career highs in tackles (six) and sacks (1.5) when
Virginia beat Pitt 24-19 Oct. 4.
