attention to every single
player — not just the re-

a management issue.
That's why there has to
be a cap on the official
visits, because it doesn't
end with them. You
have to spend quality
time with the guys that
are already committed,
and then there are go-
ing to be some guys that
haven't offered yet that
you need to spend time
with.
"That's where we al-
ways get into a lengthy
conversation about the
number of kids that we
have up."
